By purchasing from Lune de Wool, you agree to the following terms.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be in processing or production and cannot be cancelled.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Lune de Wool is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lune de Wool is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

Handmade Products

All items are handcrafted. Minor variations between items may occur and are part of the handmade nature of our products.
