Refund policy

At Lune de Wool, each piece is carefully handcrafted. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we have a limited return policy.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unused and unworn
- The item must be in its original condition
- The item must include original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size choice, or personal preference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

If approved, we will offer a replacement, repair, or store credit.

Handmade Disclaimer

All Lune de Wool products are individually handcrafted. Small variations in shape, stitching, texture, or color are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
